1. How to Enter: Sweepstakes begins May 1, 2008 and ends Oct 1, 2008. To enter, simply complete and submit the online official entry form. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is listed on the entry. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, or stolen entries. Entries are not valid until verified by Sponsor. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of US, 18 years of age, or older, as of May 1, 2008 Employees of Sponsor and the prize provider, and their respective subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and members of immediate families and households of each, may not enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted and is subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations. 

3. Drawing/Odds: One winner will be selected in random drawing on or about Oct 1, 2008, from among all eligible entries received. All decisions are final on all matters relating to Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by mail and/or telephone. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. 

4. Prize: One Free Semester of Kindermusik International Classes.

5. Prize Restrictions: Prize is non-transferable and no prize substitutions allowed, except by Sponsor who reserves right to substitute prize of equal/greater value, should prize become unavailable. Prize winner is responsible for all taxes on prize, if any, and for all expenses not specifically listed in these rules. Winner will be required to sign and return affidavit of eligibility/liability release within 14 days of notification attempt. In the event a potential prize winner does not respond to the affidavit within the time specified, does not meet eligibility requirements of the official rules, or chooses to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, and consent to use of their name and/or photograph for Sponsor's advertising or publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. Entrants release Sponsor, the prize provider, and their respective employees, directors, officers and agents, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and each of their licensees, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all claims or liability in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes, or acceptance/use of any prize.  

6. Internet: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, prize will be awarded by random drawing from among eligible entries received up to the date/time of corruption or modification, to the extent feasible. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries; computer system, phone line, equipment or program malfunctions, or other errors; failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections; problems downloading entries from the web site; damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials; or for any other technical problems related to web site entries. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes.

7. Receiving e-Mail from Sponsor and/or Prize Provider: By submitting a complete entry, you may have made e-mail marketing preferences noted to Sponsor and/or the prize provider, and may receive e-mail in accordance with these preferences. Upon receipt of any Sponsor and/or prize provider e-mail, you may opt out of receiving future e-mails, and you will remain eligible to win the prize. E-mail will be sent in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

8. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New Jersey having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. costs associated with entering), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
